Who designed the templates?
The templates were designed by our founder Ana Martinez, who has a BA in Graphic Design and 6 years of experience in Social Media Management.Do the templates include images?
No, the images here are not included and are used for presentation purposes only. There will be photo placements for you to upload and add your own photos.Do I need a Canva Pro account to edit the templates?
No, these can be edited in both the free and pro Canva plans.Why are they in a vertical format and can I use them in a square format instead?
If you’re familiar with Instagram you probably know that they are prioritizing vertical content and many creators have now moved to designing posts in this format (including us). We want your content to perform as best as possible - that’s why we designed them in this way. However, if you still prefer the square format, all posts on this template are fully scalable to square. All you have to do after customizing the post is open it on the Instagram app and click on the small arrows shown on the left of the uploaded post and it will scale down to a square format.Do you offer refunds?
